Before anything shifts, we take the time to understand how you live, what’s working, and what feels off. We walk the space together, listening for what needs to stay, what’s in the way, and how things should flow. It’s not just about organizing, it’s about ensuring your home is built around your life. Once we’re aligned on the vision, you can step back. We’ll take it from here.

Step 2: Edit
We make space for what matters.
This is where things begin to shift. We start by pulling everything out, then pre-sort by type and category to create a clear, organized view of the space. Every item is handled with care, grouped with intention, and thoughtfully arranged in preparation for what comes next. This step resets the space and prepares it for the organizing work ahead.
Step 3: Organize
Fit. Flow. Function.
With everything sorted and visible, we begin building your custom organizing system. Every detail is handled, from sourcing the right mix of storage solutions to arranging each item with purpose. We select products that support how you use the space and assemble everything on-site, from drawer units and bins to shelves, inserts, and full organizing systems. Labels are added to bring clarity and consistency, so everything has a place, and it’s easy to keep it that way. It’s not just storage, it’s a system built for the way you live.
Step 4: Design
Style. Personalize. Finish.
Once the systems are in place, we move into the design phase, where the space comes to life visually. This is when we layer in finishing touches that bring warmth, character, and a sense of completion. From styling open shelves to arranging bins and labels with intention, every detail is considered to ensure your space feels inviting and reflects your taste. We fine-tune placements, adjust zones, and polish the look until everything feels just right.

Your presence is needed at three key points: the initial consultation, the final stage of decluttering, and the reveal.

Not at all! As long as we have dedicated access to the space we’re organizing, you’re free to continue your day as usual.
As much as we adore kids and pets, we kindly ask that they hang out in another area while we work. It just helps us stay focused and keeps the space safe while we’re setting things up, assembling, or installing.

For the initial walkthrough, nothing at all!
We'd like to see how your home functions day to day, so please leave everything as is (yes, even the pile of shoes by the door).
Before we begin the Align process, we ask that your pantry is stocked (as you normally would), dishes are clean, and laundry is done. This helps us take a complete inventory and ensure every item has its perfect place.

Our process is designed for lasting results, which means we use only carefully selected storage solutions that align with your space and needs. We do not incorporate existing bins, as they may not fit the custom systems we create. Instead, we source high-quality, functional, and aesthetically cohesive storage to create an organization experience that’s beautifully aligned with your space.

Absolutely. Your privacy is our priority, and we manage every project with full discretion and professionalism. We include a confidentiality agreement in our onboarding process and are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement if preferred.

We're fully insured with commercial general liability and E&O (Errors & Omissions) coverage for added peace of mind.
We’re happy to provide our Certificate of Liability Insurance upon request.

We work with clients throughout Greater Boston, generally within 30 minutes of the city. We also take on larger projects on the Cape and Islands.
Have a home outside that radius? We’re happy to accommodate select travel requests, just reach out and let us know the details.
