The Vision Behind RC Organize & Design

I was born to organize. Growing up in Arlington, MA, my home was always neat and organized, and I loved the sense of ease that came from everything being in its place. While other kids were playing video games (don’t get me wrong, I can smash Super Mario 2 like it’s no one’s biz), I was in my room rearranging furniture. I would sit down and push it around with my legs just to see how the space could feel different. Color-coding, labeling, and making sure everything had its place wasn’t just a hobby; it was my happy place.
That same passion has never left me. I have an innate ability to see space differently, to create order where others see chaos, and to craft seamless systems that work. Being Neurospicy means my brain is wired for this—I don’t just like organizing, I shine at it. It’s my jam. I have an almost encyclopedic knowledge of organizational systems and products. If a storage solution exists, I will find it. If it doesn’t? I’ll create one.

From space planning and custom storage design to sourcing products, assembling systems, and styling every last detail, we reset your space with purpose and intention, so it looks incredible and works for your life.
No decisions to make, no errands to run. Just walk in when it’s done.

Your presence is needed at three key points: the initial consultation, the final stage of decluttering, and the reveal.

Not at all! As long as we have dedicated access to the space we’re organizing, you’re free to continue your day as usual.
As much as we adore kids and pets, we kindly ask that they hang out in another area while we work. It just helps us stay focused and keeps the space safe while we’re setting things up, assembling, or installing.

For the initial walkthrough, nothing at all!
We'd like to see how your home functions day to day, so please leave everything as is (yes, even the pile of shoes by the door).
Before we begin the Align process, we ask that your pantry is stocked (as you normally would), dishes are clean, and laundry is done. This helps us take a complete inventory and ensure every item has its perfect place.

Our process is designed for lasting results, which means we use only carefully selected storage solutions that align with your space and needs. We do not incorporate existing bins, as they may not fit the custom systems we create. Instead, we source high-quality, functional, and aesthetically cohesive storage to create an organization experience that’s beautifully aligned with your space.

Absolutely. Your privacy is our priority, and we manage every project with full discretion and professionalism. We include a confidentiality agreement in our onboarding process and are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement if preferred.

We're fully insured with commercial general liability and E&O (Errors & Omissions) coverage for added peace of mind.
We’re happy to provide our Certificate of Liability Insurance upon request.

We work with clients throughout Greater Boston, generally within 30 minutes of the city. We also take on larger projects on the Cape and Islands.
Have a home outside that radius? We’re happy to accommodate select travel requests, just reach out and let us know the details.
