  • RC Organize & Design is a luxury full service organizing company with a twist. We don’t just organize. We take care of it all. From space planning and custom storage design to sourcing products, assembling systems, styling every last detail, and the added handywoman work if needed, we reset your space with purpose and intention, so it looks incredible and works for your life.

  • We’ll begin with a comprehensive consultation to understand your style, preferences, and goals. From there, your time with us is only needed at four key points: the consultation, approving products, the final edit, and the reveal.

    Everything in between is fully carried out on your behalf, with every detail managed start to finish. The experience is designed to return time to you, so while your home is being transformed, you can turn your attention to the things that matter most.

  • Organizing takes more time than most people expect, and every home moves at its own pace. We take the time it needs, because your space deserves it. And let’s be real, perfection isn’t rushed.

    Each space is different, and the timeline depends on the size of the project and what it includes. When assembly or installation is involved, or when we’re waiting on product deliveries, the process can stretch a bit, so we usually build in an extra day to make sure everything is done the right way.

  • Not at all! As long as we have dedicated access to the space we’re organizing, you’re free to continue your day as usual.

    As much as we adore kids and pets, we kindly ask that they hang out in another area while we work. It just helps us stay focused and keeps the space safe while we’re setting things up, assembling, or installing.

  • For the initial walkthrough, nothing at all!

    We'd like to see how your home functions day to day, so please leave everything as is (yes, even the pile of shoes by the door).

    Before we begin the Align process, we ask that your pantry is stocked (as you normally would), dishes are clean, and laundry is done. This helps us take a complete inventory and ensure every item has its perfect place.

  • Our process is designed for lasting results, which means we use only carefully selected storage solutions that align with your space and needs.

    We do not incorporate existing bins*, as they may not fit the custom systems we create. Instead, we source high-quality, functional, and aesthetically cohesive storage to create an organization experience that’s beautifully aligned with your space.

  • Absolutely. Your privacy is our priority, and we manage every project with full discretion and professionalism. We include a confidentiality agreement in our onboarding process and are happy to sign a NDA if preferred.

  • Yes!

    We're fully insured with commercial general liability and E&O (Errors & Omissions) coverage for added peace of mind.

    We’re happy to provide our Certificate of Liability Insurance upon request.

  • We work with clients throughout Greater Boston, generally within 40 minutes of the city. We also take on larger projects on the Cape and Islands.

    Have a home outside that radius? We’re happy to accommodate select travel requests, just reach out and let us know the details.

    Travel fees may apply depending on location and distance.
